Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel any subscription at any time from Settings → Billing (or the billing portal link in your receipt emails). When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for; your account then reverts to the Free tier. Bookmarks and settings are preserved. We never charge again after a cancellation takes effect.

Refunds

Because you can evaluate the product on the Free tier before paying (live Top 10, sample dossier, idea validator), we do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time on a billing period. If something went wrong - you were double-charged, billed after cancelling, or hit a genuine product failure that support couldn't resolve - email legal@ddmarketing.com within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right, including a full refund where warranted.

EU/UK consumers: 14-day withdrawal right

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a digital-services purchase. By starting your subscription you request immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that, once you have accessed paid content, your withdrawal right is limited accordingly; if you have NOT accessed any paid content, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank - we resolve legitimate billing problems quickly. Accounts associated with bad-faith chargebacks may be suspended.

Payments processor

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; approved refunds are issued by them to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
