Stop silent zrok downtime without external watchdogs
Self-hosted zrok/OpenZiti users can lose public and private share connectivity while the agent still reports shares as active. This creates silent downtime for services behind NAT and forces operators to build external watchdogs that restart agents and clean stale controller state. A product could monitor actual end-to-end reachability, detect dead circuits, and automatically reconnect or recreate shares.
