Capture Chrome network requests without packet sniffing
Web scraping and media ingestion agents using InteractiveSessionService need to see runtime network requests from the exact Chrome session, especially when video players expose only blob URLs in the DOM. The low-level CDP network APIs exist, but the automation layer lacks start/stop recording, filtered logs, HAR export, or streamed network events. This blocks agents from discovering manifests, signed CDN URLs, redirects, and SPA fetches needed for ingestion and debugging.
